Peak to Peak is owned by Jennifer Baas. Jennifer’s love for working with small businesses began 14 years ago working for a St. Louis based consulting firm, where she provided outsourced accounting services to a wide range of small businesses. As she began to see the influence that solid numbers, reporting, and analysis had on a company’s success, she became passionate about the ability to transform business’ operations by helping business owners truly understand their finances.

Jennifer founded Peak to Peak Solutions in 2018 to deliver a different kind of accounting experience to her clients. She specializes in providing outsourced CFO, Controllership and Accounting Services to small-mid size businesses nationwide. Rather than focusing solely on the books, her firm adds a layer of strategic advice that helps clients plan for whatever situation their business faces. Her hands-on approach and ability to work with businesses on both the accounting and strategic sides provides a comprehensive perspective that delivers a tangible impact in business operations.

Jennifer has worked with many types and sizes of companies in many industries. She has developed a specialty in the investment real estate industry and most recently served for five years as the Outsourced Director of Finance for a rapidly growing real estate investment company involved in multiple aspects of investment, including seller-financed mortgages & hard money lending, commercial & residential rentals, a brokerage, property management, wholesaling and rehabbing.

In addition to working with her own clients, Jennifer is currently the Director of Accounting at Eight One Partners, a licensed public accounting firm in Northern Colorado.

Jennifer is located in Loveland, CO but works with clients nationwide. She lives on acreage with her husband and son with their horses, dogs, cats. When not working, she can be found enjoying the many outdoor activities Colorado offers.
