Our 4-phase approach helps key in on exactly what’s happening and where improvements can be made.

  1. Investigative Meeting - Peak to Peak will meet with the client to develop an understanding of the business’ current systems and processes in the above areas. We will clearly identify pain points and client goals.
  2. Review of Books - The investigative phase continues with an examination of the books to look for issues, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Analyze & Assess - Based on information gained in previous steps, Peak to Peak will then evaluate each area for strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. We will then provide recommendations for improvements or implementation of new processes, efficiencies or reporting.
  4. Report & Review - Peak to Peak will provide a written report to the client summarizing findings and will review with the client in a meeting.

The fifth step – Implementation – is entirely optional. Our primary goal is to help you understand your business’ current financial and accounting practices and provide recommendations for how they could be improved or how your pain points can be relieved. After the Financial Assessment, we’re happy to help you with implementing our recommendations or helping in any way – but there’s zero pressure to obtain future services from us.
